Support for Windows 7 will end on the 14th of January, 2020.

After the 14th of January, 2020, no security or bug fixes will be made for this product, therefore its usage is no longer recommended. 

You can still use Windows 7, but once support ceases, your PC will become more vulnerable to security threats and viruses. Windows will still start and run, but it will no longer receive software updates from Microsoft, including security updates.

We recommend you to update to Windows 10, if you are still using Windows 7 workstations. 

Windows 7 computers can be upgraded by purchasing and installing a full version of Windows 10 software. 

In the new version of Windows, most of the old software runs fine, the old hardware is usually supported, and even the new software and hardware already require a newer version of Windows in many cases.
