System administrator service prices

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The prices indicated on this page exclude VAT, which is an additional 27%.
• Hunet’s services are available 24/7. The fees indicated here, however, are only valid on workdays, during business hours (i.e., between 9:00 a.m. and 17:30 p.m.). During periods not falling within this range, an extra charge is calculated pursuant to the rules on “overtime work”, as laid down by the Labor Code (+50% on weekdays, +100% at other times, that is, weekends and public holidays).
• Handling of emergencies: the fees indicated on this page (base fees) are valid for the fulfillment of scheduled tasks agreed upon beforehand, subject to our free time slots. If, however, the task is urgent, meaning it has
  • to be started within 4 hours, at a time falling within business hours, a surcharge of +25%,
  • if it is an immediate one (it has to be started within than 35 minutes), a surcharge of +50% has to be allocated for the costs of reorganization and reserve capacity creation.
• Handling of on-site jobs:
  • Start of work (SLA): in the case of (remote) time limits, 2.5 hours have to be added (e.g., instead of 35 minutes, approx. 35 minutes + 2.5 hours) to the base
  • Site visit travel allowance: within the boundaries of Budapest, a travel time of 2×30 is added to the duration of the work performed on site. In case of other locations, a prior agreement is made by the parties on the issue.
• If your organization requires supervision services for a fixed monthly fee (flat rate), or a custom software installation, or migration to the cloud or a new locality, or the design, delivery and the configuration of complex systems, or the performance of some other special task, then please let us know and we will provide you with a customized fee quote.
